BASE2 offers a variety of optional subsystems that can further extend, simplify, and automate your receiving, manufacturing, shipping and EDI processes. They are all tied into AutoLine. Those wanting to customize or extend the features already included in AutoLine can choose from the following available subsystems or ask us for a custom change.
- Print and scan bar code labels directly from your Firm Orders or ASN's using the Bar Code Printing and Scanning subsystem
- Process and print scanned information without being directly connected to a dedicated PC using Radio Frequency Scanning
- Automatically print labels as you scan each Part for your shipment using LineSide
- Scan and assign products to ASN's using TruckLoad
- Manage your manufacturing processes using the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) subsystem
- Work efficiently with your suppliers to implement EDI using AutoSupplyChain
- Automatically send and receive information from individual mailboxes on a scheduled basis using AutoDial
- Build mixed load totes for small lot quantities based on your Staged Shipments or ASN's using PickAndPack
- Use a secure FTP to send and receive your data at T-1 speeds using ANX Communications
- Handle Nissan Motors Manufacturing requirements for the Request for Quote and Response to Request for Quote using the Nissan RFQ/RRFQ subsystem
