BASE2 awarded GSA Contract
BASE2 has been awarded a US Government Services Administration (GSA) contract number GS-35F-0566V to provide EDI translation and release management software and services to the US Government, and all of its agencies. Many other regional, state and local governments have access to this contracting vehicle also. Government users may now purchase EDI and release management software and services directly from this catalog without the usual bidding, contracting, and negotiation processes which are often associated with government procurement.
BASE2 is delighted to offer our full range of software and services to all Government agencies. We look forward to providing our established standards of software and support excellence to this new community.
We remain ever mindful of all of our existing civilian users, large and small, who have supported us through our 28 years, and without whose support we would not be able to take this growth position. BASE2 Economic Survival Plan 2009
The Base2 Economic Survival Plan is once-a-week instructor-led on-line training, limited to a maximum of 5 clients each week. We will announce the topics in advance. Every Friday at 1 PM Central Time, we will conduct a one hour training session designed to help users of our software complete their assignments easily. The cost is US$100.00 per session per desktop.
We will post the topic on the "support home" page on our website at the end of the week before.

BASE2 Economic Recovery Plan 2009
The BASE2 2009 Economic Recovery Plan eases the burden of purchasing new systems by delaying some of the investment for new systems and subsystems. We will charge 60% of the investment and delay the remaining 40% for one year from the date of the first invoice. This will apply to any new BASE2 system or subsystem costing more than $3000.00.

BASE2 Economic Stimulus Plan 2009
The BASE2 Economic Stimulus package for 2009 is a 10% discount on all annual support contracts. This actually was implemented for payments due December 1, 2008.
