Contacting Us 

We pride ourselves on having the best Customer Support Program in the industry. Your Annual Support Contract includes unlimited technical support. You can get fast, friendly, and accurate BASE2 technical support three different ways:

Option 1

Call us at 262-387-1140, Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Time. If you have paid for extended support, the hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 PM at that number and the 24/7 afterhours support number you were given when you signed up (7 PM to 7 AM).

Option 2

Email us at support@base2.com anytime.

Option 3

Fax us at 262-387-1150 anytime.

Option 4

Send us a letter, memo, note, card, flowers, candy or whatever:
