BASE2 has been creating innovative software solutions and winning the praise of customers since 1981. Our clients range from large multinational corporations all the way down the supply chain. In 1987, the company shifted its focus to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) at the urging of a major automobile manufacturer that was dissatisfied with the EDI software used by its suppliers. The result was AutoLine, an MS-DOS based, year 2000 compliant software. Our software steadily expanded through the years including a complete rewrite for Microsoft Windows in 1996. Now the Base2 system is a complete stand-alone release management system encompassing the full range of EDI with options for multiple means of bar code label production and multiple scanning methods and integrating with multiple ERP systems.
Currently, BASE2 supports clients worldwide, although most are in North America, and has implemented EDI specifications for over 250 Trading Partners.
